When a surfer chooses a specific property, the first property displayed is randomly selected so as to not show favoritism to any of her listing customers. If no listings are available for a category, a default page displays stating that.

211 is a Quasi-government phone service to help people with various essential services. This site helps people in Montana find out more about the 211 services available. I built it using an experimental software package developed by ICS called FlexPortal which is still in the development stages.

This web is Property Management Pre-Licensing Course which I created in PHP and then transferred to a fairly new technology called Smarty. Smarty uses templates and keeps the back end database code separate from the HTML code; therefore, an HTML designer can work on the site and not have to understand the PHP back end code. This site allows the owners to modify the schedules as new classes are taught.

A nonprofit corporation, the West Central Montana Avalanche Foundation is dedicated to promoting avalanche safety education and awareness. I worked with representatives from the US Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management to develop this site using PHP and MySQL

This real estate site was developed by someone else and is static. The realtor does not know HTML so I am modifying the pages from static to dynamic. My working site is http://test.privateproperties.com/. Things will be changing the first weeks in September.

Zoola Moves is a Web Hosting company which I started in my spare time; prices are $10 per month or $105 per year. It offers 50GB of Disk storage space, and 500 GB of Data transfers (bandwidth) which is about 10 times more than the competition. Zoola Moves also hosts up to 20 email addresses and unlimited aliased email addresses. Migrating the web site from the current ISP to Zoola Moves is included in the setup fee.

CatchMontana.com is a fully Dynamic web site with web tools added in for Dave to be able to change just about every page on his site. One of the main features is the ability for him to "Blog" on his home page and have his customers make and view comments. They can also view the "YesterBlogs" or archived blogs. Another feature is the Photo Gallery which allows him to show off the catch his clients made during the trip.

Various pictures I have taken in the Rocky Mountains. This web site uses various photo-gallery techniques and also a PHP script I wrote to "resize" images on the fly. I needed the ability in some Real Estate webs to be able to make all the pictures on a web page the same size, yet still allow the realtor the ability to upload his/her pictures without having to understand how to resize images. To solve this problem I wrote a PHP script which displays the images by either a specified width, height or percentage. Little or no distortion shows up in the images.

The goal of this site is to have news from various sources grouped into easy to access pages. Each State has a set of pages with news feeds from TV and Radio Stations and Newspapers. Also world news, political news, AP, BBC, Reuters International, Christian Science Monitor and hundreds of other sources all just a click or two away. I also created a news Marquee and can modify it to any topic (or keyword) desired. This is being developed using dotNET and XML and I am adding more links to the states when I have some free time. Since it is dotNET, some differences between IE and FireFox were apparent with the pull down menus, so I created SuperiorNewsNet.com and automatically redirect FireFox (and other Mozilla based browsers) to that domain.
